El més escandalòs de la carretera és que hi ha tots els terrenys aplanats, però per problemes econòmics de l'empresa constructora, les obres porten aturades més d'un any, termini en el qual l'estat ha estat incapaç de retirar la concessió a l'empresa constructora per incompliment de termini.
La inversió a les comarques gironines sembla ser que no aporten els suficients vots com per invertir, ja que és més necessari invertir al voltant de Madrid...
Doncs bé com volen els polítics espanyols que a catalunya hi hagi un contentament amb la política estatal i amb les institucions de l'estat?
